Throughout his career, Ninoy has accumulated extensive experience in handling commercial leasing and account management for several publicly listed developers. He has also been appointed as the ASEAN Campus Strategy Lead and Philippine Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a Fortune 50 company. Prior to his role in Savills Philippines, Ninoy worked with multinational real estate firms, where he successfully transacted and managed more than 360,000 square meters and over PHP 30 billion worth of real estate deals.
